Exchange large files easily

With Simplessus Files you can share files with a individual size up to 2GB.

Drag the files easily with the mouse to drag and drop from your desktop into the online hard disk and start the upload.

The progress bar will indicate how long the upload will take.

Rights Management

The online hard drive can be equipped with detailed access rights.

For example, you can "lock" customers and suppliers in their personal directories "lock up". They can neither open nor see other existing directories. They see only the directory structure and files intended for them.

Furthermore, it is possible to assign read and write permissions to each file and directory individually.

The sharing feature allows you to give access to individual files to for people without user accounts. So you can simply send a temporary download link to specific documents to a recipient via e-mail.

Encryption

In addition to the rights management, you still have the ability to encrypt individual. confidential documents with an extra password.
